Helping Hands Clinic is located at 810 Harper Avenue NW in downtown Lenoir, NC.  From the Crossroads intersection of Hwy 321 and Hwy 90, go towards Lenoir.  The road will come to a T in front of the fire department.  Veer right and pass the post office as you curve left uphill.  At the second stoplight, take a left on Main Street.  Go through the next stoplight (across Harper Avenue) and take the first right into the parking lot.  Helping Hands Clinic is across the street with bright blue awnings.

Pharmacy Hours

Pharmacy hours depend on the availability of volunteer pharmacists.  For this reason, pharmacy visits are by appointment only.  Refill pick-up times are:

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM Monday & Tuesday                           

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Thursday

Yokefellow Service Center or South Caldwell Christian Ministries may be able to help with emergency pharmacy requests.
